Return of goods policy

If you wish to make a return please contact sales@event-revolution.co.uk or our Sales Line on 0800 6444 002 first with your order number and the reason why you wish to return the goods. If goods are faulty or if the wrong item has been despatched they can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) or exchanged (subject to availability of replacement). If the goods have been dispatched as ordered and are not faulty, they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods if they have incurred a delivery charge. All returns must be organised within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, still have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Should you not have the original packaging then you should contact our Sales department on 0800 6444 002 for advice. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate) . We will not refund your postage costs unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery.

Damage in Transit & Receiving Goods

Our carriers insist that the goods supplied by us are inspected prior to signing the acceptance note presented by the driver. Signing this note indicates that they have been received in perfect condition. Signing for a delivery means that you will not be able to make a subsequent claim for goods damaged in transit. If you find a fault or if you do not have time to sign the delivery driver’s note or if you have someone else receiving the goods for you, write ‘DAMAGED’ on the driver’s note. All tables are inspected at our factory before dispatch are shipped undamaged. Claims for damage MUST BE received within 7 days of receipt of your goods, the carriers will not accept any claims after this.

Cancellation Policy

Guarantee & Faulty Item

All other products are guaranteed against faults for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This guarantee excludes faults caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, reasonable wear & tear or adverse weather conditions. Items returned under guarantee must be in a dry and clean condition and accompanied by proof of purchase from us and with a clear description of the fault. Please note, Event Revolution will not be held responsible for the following

 

1. Reimbursing the cost of travel in any circumstance.
2. Reimbursing the cost of accommodation in any circumstance.
3. Reimbursing for any costs due to products causing damage to any property or persons.
4. Reimbursing the costs incurred for any goods not working for their intended purposes.
